Character Design Brief

For this module we are required to produce a set of designs for a character that could be animated in a 3D environment or as a 2D character. This will be done through examining the contemporary concepts of character designs, sketches and the creation of a clay maquette. My character developmental sketches, which can be based on a human being, animal or inanimate object, will show various angles i.e. front, sides and back view, while taking into consideration how it will move, how much detail it should have, its weight and balance.

This blog will serve as an online learning journal and will document the development and research aspects of this module, as well as showing the influences that will lead to the creation of my character.
